Compensation: $130,000 – $145,000
Location: Onsite (with half-day Friday remote flexibility)
Position: IT Endpoint Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IT Endpoint Engineer to join their team! This opportunity is ideal for an experienced IT professional who is passionate about endpoint management and enjoys working in a collaborative, tight-knit team environment. Responsibilities:

Administer endpoint configuration and compliance using Microsoft Intune and Autopilot

Package, test, and deploy software applications across the organization’s device landscape

Oversee Windows patching and lifecycle management to ensure optimal device performance and security

Partner with security teams to identify, assess, and remediate endpoint vulnerabilities

Provide support and maintenance for Audio-Visual equipment used in enterprise conference settings

Act as a Level 3 escalation point for complex technical support issues

Maintain documentation related to systems, processes, and troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:

3+ years of experience in endpoint management or a similar IT function

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and mobile device management tools

Proven experience deploying and managing software through Intune

Proficiency with Windows 10/11, including updates and lifecycle support

Experience supporting enterprise AV systems

Excellent troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Certifications like Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate

Familiarity with scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python

Experience using IT service management platforms like ServiceNow
