Compensation: $68,000–$70,000

Position: Facilities Services Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Facilities Services Manager to join their team! This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of facility cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and overseeing the housekeeping operations. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong leadership experience in housekeeping or EVS to step into a key role that keeps operations running smoothly and efficiently. This position offers a chance to make a visible impact on the comfort and quality of the facility’s environment.
Responsibilities:

Oversee the cleanliness and sanitation of public and back-of-house areas.

Supervise daily housekeeping operations and ensure work is completed to quality standards.

Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.

Maintain cleaning supply inventories and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals.

Develop and monitor the operational budget and approve necessary variances.

Perform and oversee preventive and emergency maintenance on equipment and systems.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards.

Lead personnel actions including hiring, training, discipline, and career development.

Coordinate special projects and maintain communication with stakeholders.

Operate company vehicles and ensure proper use of equipment.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.
-
At least 21 years of age.

Minimum of three years of experience in Housekeeping/EVS.

Two years of management experience.

Ability to pass a background check with no felony convictions.

Eligible for and able to maintain a required license.

Proficient in managing operational tasks and staff performance.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Familiarity with MS Office and basic to intermediate technical skills.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-
Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions, and implement solutions.

Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning practices in commercial environments.
