Compensation: $68,000–$70,000

Position: Hotel Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Hotel Manager to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to lead hotel operations for a newly developed property. This role will oversee all hotel departments, manage staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while maintaining profitability and operational excellence. It’s a chance to take the lead in a high-impact role where leadership, guest satisfaction, and team development are key.
Responsibilities:

Lead daily operations of the hotel and ensure alignment with guest service and financial goals.

Hire, train, schedule, and supervise hotel personnel, providing ongoing coaching and performance management.

Oversee maintenance of hotel facilities, ensuring top-tier cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.

Coordinate closely with all departments to accommodate VIP guests and special events.

Review audit and operational reports, ensuring budgetary compliance and quality control.

Foster strong communication within the team and facilitate staff meetings to align on goals.

Promote the hotel and its amenities to drive repeat visits and optimize occupancy rates.

Ensure compliance with all relevant hospitality, gaming, and organizational regulations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership position within hospitality.

Minimum of three years of hotel industry experience.

At least two years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.

Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and obtain applicable gaming licensure.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.

Experience in opening new hotel properties.

Familiarity with gaming or casino environments.

Knowledge of budget preparation, reporting procedures, and operational analytics.

Technical understanding of hotel facilities and building maintenance.

Other Information:

Valid driver’s license required.

Exposure to moderate to high noise and second-hand smoke within the hotel setting.

Must be comfortable standing or walking for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
