Compensation: $40-$55/hr, depending on experience

UX Designer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled UX Designer to join their team!
This opportunity is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. The selected candidate will contribute to a high-impact project in partnership with the Association of Corporate Counsel (ACC), focusing on co-branded initiatives. This role will be instrumental in shaping user experiences and designing engaging interfaces. It’s a chance to be part of a dynamic, fast-paced environment where thoughtful design is essential to project success.
Responsibilities:

Design user interfaces and experiences for web-based applications, ensuring a seamless and visually compelling user journey

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate requirements into intuitive designs

Support ongoing design initiatives, applying design principles and feedback in an agile environment
- Conduct usability testing and analyze feedback using Userzoom to validate designs for cart and checkout experiences.
- Partner with user researchers to identify pain points and opportunities within the bottom-of-funnel journey.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

Hands-on experience in UX or product design

Solid understanding of user-centered design methodologies and best practices

Strong communication skills and proven ability to juggle multiple design projects simultaneously
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience working on co-branded or partnership-driven digital products

Background in enterprise-level software design

Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
