Position: Desktop Support Technician
Compensation: $21 – $24/hour, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Configure and install workstations and laptops
- Identify and troubleshoot network, hardware, and software issues
- Apply patches and update operating systems
- Maintain performance levels to meet customer expectations
- Serve as escalation point for technical issues
- Document and resolve issues in ticketing system
- Install and troubleshoot peripheral devices
- Provide excellent customer service and support
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 24 credit hours in computer science or related field
- Two years of IT technical support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Job-related certifications
- Excellent customer service skills
Nice To Have Skills & Experience
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Networking experience
- Mobile device support
- Experience in a healthcare environment
