Position: Systems Administrator I
Compensation: $ 70,000 – 75,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas

The role is open to enhance the infrastructure team with a proactive and skilled professional ready to take on challenges and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage and maintain USME Network Infrastructure
- Deploy and configure cloud resources like Azure VMs and Azure SQLaaS
- Oversee Microsoft365 Tenant management and maintenance
- Field, track, and resolve escalated incidents and service requests
- Manage USME endpoints via management platforms
- Ensure the security of USME cyber-security solutions
- Create and manage technical documents (KB Articles)
- Participate in system upgrades and new technology rollouts
- Assist with infrastructure procurement and deployment
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- 1+ years in a similar infrastructure role or 3-5 years of advanced support experience
- Advanced Microsoft 365 management knowledge
- Intermediate networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, SDWAN, VPN
- Elite understanding of Windows Operating Systems: Win10/11
- Intermediate understanding of PowerShell scripting and automation
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Identity, preferably Entra ID (Azure AD)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Intermediate knowledge of database administration
- Experience with IT service management tools like ServiceNow
- Technical documentation skills
- Experience with cloud migrations
- Familiarity with cyber-security solutions: Defender, Sentinel, Mimecast

- Ensure seamless operations of USME cyber-security solutions
- Create and manage technical documents (KB Articles)
- Participate in system upgrades and new technology rollouts
- Assist with procurement and deployment of infrastructure
- Manage and maintain legacy infrastructure resources
- Ensure 24/7 business continuity and disaster recovery planning
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Genuine interest in helping people and patience to support non-tech savvy end users
- Advanced problem-solving skills and critical thinking
- Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload
- 1+ years in a similar infrastructure role or 3-5 years of advanced support experience
- Advanced Microsoft 365 management knowledge
- Intermediate networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, SDWAN, VPN
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with Entra ID (Azure AD)
- IT service management tools like ServiceNow experience
- Technical documentation skills
- Technical certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco)
