Compensation: $20/hr. – $23/hr. 

Location: Denver, CO

Position: Mobile Device Technician 

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Mobile Device Technician to join their team!

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-volume mobile device environment, supporting over 4,000 devices. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of technical skill and excellent customer service while working directly with wireless carriers and internal end users.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Procurement, provisioning, support, and secure disposal of mobile devices
• Serve as the primary contact for wireless vendors to implement cost-saving measures
• Respond to and resolve high volumes of daily tickets related to mobile technical support 

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune Mobile Device Management tool
• Experience with ServiceNow
• Strong customer service and communication skills with end users
