Compensation: $60-70/hr

Position: Technical Applications Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Applications Analyst to join their team!
The client is working to migrate business users to a new network and will have various Engineering systems applications which require reinstallation, testing, and overall migration of user content with the applications
Responsibilities:
- Work with various groups to determine contractual limitations with vendors
- Monitoring and reporting software license usage and trends and minimizing spend and rationalizing portfolios
- Liaising with end users and business customers and understanding their current and future requirements
- Proving regular feedback and presentation to customers, end users and senior management of latest migrations
- Lead and perform requirements gathering.
- Aligning digital strategies with overall strategic business goals.
- Recommend standard procedures and best practices.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Advanced skills in MS Office tools
- Knowledge of report building (Excel, PowerPoint, SQL and PowerBI)
- Ability to understand how database platforms work such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Understanding on how to install products such as Autocad, Cameo, Matlab, Solidworks, SQL Server
- Excellent management, interpersonal, and teambuilding skills
- Excellent problem solving, documentation and communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Understand the requirements of connected data required for digital delivery
- Knowledge of the energy industry and the tools and systems typically used within the industry.
