Compensation: $90,000-$130,000

Position: Managed Care Specilist
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Manager – Managed Care to join their team! This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development, negotiation, and execution of managed care contracts across the health system. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in healthcare contract negotiation who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The position plays a key role in influencing revenue strategy and ensuring compliance with regulations such as the No Surprises Act.
Responsibilities:
• Lead the negotiation and renewal of managed care contracts across facility, ancillary, and professional services
• Coordinate with internal teams to implement new agreements and monitor contract performance
• Conduct financial and operational analysis to support contract decisions and compliance with federal regulations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract negotiations, including 1 year in a leadership capacity
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and the ability to present complex data clearly
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement methodologies
• Experience with the No Surprises Act (NSA) and Independent Dispute Resolution (IDR) processes
• Strong cross-functional communication and collaboration skills
