Compensation: $20-$23/hr

Position: Service Desk Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Service Desk Technician to join their team!
This person will be responsible for ensuring team member satisfaction by providing excellent technical support via telephone, email, and in-person interactions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who wants to get their IT career started.
Responsibilities:
• Provide strong customer service support
• Support Windows clients in a networked environment
• Troubleshoot and fix networked printers and PC hardware
• Troubleshoot and support Microsoft Office 2013 and 2016 applications in an Office 365 environment
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 1+ years of experience in an IT Support position would be ideal
• Excellent customer service skills
