Position:
IAS Servicing Specialist 1
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled IAS Servicing Specialist 1 to join their team! This position offers a dynamic opportunity to perform servicing functions that support multiple teams, including Branch Support, Domestic Wires, Escrow, Insurance, Loan Management, and Research. As an IAS Servicing Specialist 1, you will play a key role in optimizing the customer experience through proactive communication, accurate transaction processing, and ensuring the integrity of information within various systems. The company is looking for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented environment and can provide exceptional service to both internal associates and external customers.
Responsibilities:

Review and process daily customer transaction requests within established timelines.

Provide guidance to bank associates regarding servicing questions and account transactions, such as tracking escrow and insurance transactions, managing loan collateral, and processing domestic wires.

Conduct research and error resolution related to cash items, bank records, and tax documents, and handle requests like court orders or summons.
Required Qualifications & Experience:

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).

1 year of relevant experience in a related role.

Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm, with additional hours as needed.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with CBS Signature systems or similar banking platforms.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining accuracy.

Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple priorities.
