Position: Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Supply Chain Systems and Process Manager to join their team!
This role offers a unique opportunity to lead strategic supply chain initiatives within a dynamic retail organization. The successful candidate will drive organizational adoption of best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain systems. This position is pivotal in enhancing productivity and throughput, offering a chance to make a significant impact on the company's operations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead supply chain systems workstream and manage issue escalation
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations for system optimization
- Ensure accurate business requirements with IT for system capabilities
- Maintain and execute product roadmap for supply chain systems
- Coordinate configuration, testing, and implementation activities
- Develop and deploy inbound process SOPs for productivity
- Lead Go-Live activities including training and business support
- Serve as SME for completed projects and business continuity work
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field
- Minimum 4 years in supply chain, operations, or engineering roles
- Expertise in Manhattan and Oracle Supply Chain Systems
- Strong understanding of distribution and transportation management systems
- Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical levels
- Proven change management and leadership abilities
