Position: Compensation Manager
Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000
Location: Hybrid in Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage the company’s compensation philosophy and programs
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Monitor market trends for competitive opportunities
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws and regulations
- Oversee survey participation and analysis
- Develop communication for compensation plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to implement changes
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 5-7+ years of direct compensation experience
- Experience leading a team in HR functions
- Proficient in compensation systems and tools
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Professional in Human Resources (PHR)-HRCI preferred
- Experience with relaxed leadership style
- Ability to lead through organizational change
Other Information:
- Reports to the Director of Compensation
- Position includes five direct reports
- Short-term & long-term incentives available
