Position: Applications Developer
Compensation: $100,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Midland, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Enable business operations with custom tools and apps
- Build and deploy responsive Power Apps solutions
- Automate workflows using Power Automate
- Integrate with internal tools and business systems
- Collaborate with analysts and developers for cohesive solutions
- Own application delivery from design to support
- Mentor junior team members
- Work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize secure API integrations for system connections
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- BS/BA in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in systems integration or software development
- 3+ years of oil and gas industry experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Hands-on experience with API development
- Knowledge of Databricks, Azure SQL, Python, and DAX
- Experience with industrial data from sensors and SCADA
