Compensation: $65,000-$80,000
Location: Castle Rock, CO
Position: Accountant
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accountant to join their team!
This is an excellent opportunity to join a mission-driven organization supporting one of Colorado’s fastest-growing communities. In this role, you’ll handle a variety of professional accounting duties, from ledger and bank reconciliations to financial statement preparation and grant compliance. Responsibilities:

Perform ledger and bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance

Support month-end and year-end close, financial statement prep, and audit readiness

Manage fixed assets, cash transactions, and grant/contract accounting

Assist with compliance reporting and special financial projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
-
2+ years of professional accounting experience

Knowledge of GAAP, journal entries, reconciliations, and month/year-end processes

Familiarity with cash management, ACH/wire transactions, and financial reporting

Strong analytical, time management, and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-
Experience with governmental or public sector accounting
-
Exposure to grant compliance (Single Audit, SEFA, Davis-Bacon)

Knowledge of fixed asset reporting and ACFR/PAFR preparation
-
Familiarity with financial system integrations (e.g., point-of-sale or utility billing systems)
