Business Analyst
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Business Analyst to join their team!
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing software company that builds specialized point-of-sale (POS) solutions for retailers across the U.S. If you’re an eager, self-motivated professional who thrives in a small but growing environment, this role offers room to grow and make a real impact.
Responsibilities:

Gather requirements from customers and internal stakeholders to define project needs.

Conduct gap analyses and propose innovative, scalable solutions.

Write and execute test cases for new software features and enhancements.

Assist with project coordination, budget tracking, and customer relationship management.

Communicate clearly with a variety of stakeholders including customers, internal team members, offshore developers, and company leadership.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst or hybrid BA/PM role.

Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt messaging for technical and non-technical audiences.

Highly self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
-
Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.

Knowledge of POS systems or retail software platforms.

Familiarity with project coordination or budgeting in a tech environment.
