Position: Senior Compensation Analyst
Compensation: $ 90,000 – 100,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE Katy, Texas

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where you will play a vital role in evaluating and analyzing salary data, administering compensation programs, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. The role is open due to the company's growth and commitment to maintaining competitive compensation practices.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Evaluate and analyze salary data for market competitiveness
- Administer multiple compensation programs
- Consult with business partners on job descriptions and matrices
- Review and recommend compensation-related transactions
- Ensure compliance with state and federal compensation laws
- Create reports and presentations for the department
- Drive compensation surveys for assigned areas
- Execute RFI or RFP processes as needed
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or relevant field
- 4+ years of compensation experience
- Experience conducting job evaluations and salary surveys
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Strong business writing and interpersonal skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- CCP or CEP certification
- Executive and Equity compensation experience
- Experience with VBA programming
- Experience with Microsoft Access, Word, and PowerPoint
