Position: Retail Banking Supervisor
Compensation: $45,000 – $55,000 annually,
Location: Weatherford, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Retail Banking Supervisor to join their team!
Step into a pivotal role where you’ll lead and inspire a Teller Team at the heart of banking operations. This opportunity arises due to recent organizational changes and aims to foster a strong service culture. If you’re looking to make a real impact in a dynamic environment, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new Teller Team members
- Provide exceptional customer service and oversee team performance
- Create and manage work schedules and handle time-off requests
- Mentor, train, and supervise the Teller Team
- Collaborate on performance issues with management
- Conduct 90-Day and Annual performance reviews
- Monitor client transaction activity and manage risk situations
- Lead weekly team meetings and quarterly individual meetings
- Perform banking tasks such as NSF decisions and cash orders
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of bank employment experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with CDARS and DepositPro
- Experience in a leadership role
- Knowledge of banking regulations
