Position: Lead .NET Developer
Inceed has partnered with a great company in the medical and urgent care industry to help find a Lead .NET Developer to join their team!
This is a hands-on role for someone ready to take technical ownership of application modernization efforts within a healthcare-adjacent organization. You’ll work closely with other developers in a collaborative, visible role. The team is transforming legacy applications into modern, scalable solutions using the latest Microsoft stack in an Azure-hosted environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to bring fresh ideas to the table, challenge established approaches, and directly impact enterprise-wide systems.
This position is open due to continued investment in the company’s modernization efforts and upcoming high-visibility projects. You’ll work in a tight-knit team where your voice is heard, your ideas are valued, and your code makes a real difference.
Responsibilities:

Lead modernization of internal .NET applications, focusing on scalability, security, and long-term maintainability

Design and implement solutions in .NET Core (preferably .NET 6/8), integrated with Azure services

Collaborate with peers and leadership to discuss and defend technical decisions and design patterns

Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular (v15+ preferred) or React/TypeScript

Work within a HIPAA-compliant Azure infrastructure, with attention to secure architecture and integrations

Occasionally interact with legacy systems developed in PowerBuilder (read-only understanding sufficient)
Required Qualifications & Experience:

5–7+ years of .NET development experience, including .NET Core

Experience modernizing legacy applications or frameworks

Front-end development experience with Angular, React, or TypeScript

Ability to explain technical decisions and propose alternative solutions confidently

Familiarity with Azure frameworks, services, and integrations in a secure, regulated environment

Strong SQL skills (you don’t need to be an expert, but must be comfortable querying and understanding schemas)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience with Angular 15 or Long-Term Support (LTS) versions

Familiarity with PowerBuilder or Visual Basic-style applications

Hands-on Azure integration work, especially within HIPAA or regulated environments
