Position: Project Coordinator
Compensation: $ 30 – 33 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Coordinator to join their team!
Join a dynamic team in Oklahoma City as a Project Coordinator, where you’ll play a crucial role in managing multiple projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to high-level project management. The role is open due to expansion, and the company is looking for someone who can bring leadership and technical skills to the table. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Identify and eliminate project blockers
- Write and manage development tickets
- Oversee status reporting and project documentation
- Integrate tools to create efficient workflows
- Work closely with the Imaging team for process improvement
- Support the implementation of new ERP systems
- Facilitate third-party application integrations
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Strong project management skills
- Experience with database structures and IT infrastructure
- Leadership experience in team management
- Proficiency in Jira or similar tracking tools
- Understanding of change management processes
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with SharePoint, Vox, or QuickBase
- Knowledge of AI OCR Data Extraction
- Familiarity with enterprise document management
