Position: Microsoft Tools Support & Training Specialist
Compensation: $ 35 – 45 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Remote/Hybrid
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Microsoft Tools Support & Training Specialist to join their team!

In this role, you’ll support and train end-users on Microsoft 365 tools, ensuring they maximize their potential. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Train staff and end-users on Microsoft 365 tools
- Troubleshoot issues with Microsoft tools and workflows
- Assist in building or modifying Power Automate flows
- Guide users through issues via screen sharing
- Document processes, quick guides, and FAQs
- Collaborate with IT and business teams
- Maintain existing tool configurations and workflows
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially SharePoint and Power Automate
- Experience providing remote support and training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized and patient with teaching abilities
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in a utility environment
- Experience working with technical users
