Position: Project Manager
Compensation: $90,000 – $140,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: ONSITE — Edmond, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Project Manager to join their team!
Join a dynamic and fast-growing team as a Project Manager where you’ll oversee exciting projects across various industries like casinos, hospitals, and more. This opportunity arises as a backfill for an internal promotion, giving you a chance to step into a role with a strong foundation and ample room for growth. Work alongside a talented team to deliver high-quality security solutions and installations.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, typically handling five at a time
- Coordinate with sales and field operations to establish project scope
- Provide technical assistance and quality control on installations
- Conduct project meetings for large or key national accounts
- Maintain client satisfaction through effective communication
- Prepare and present project updates to management and clients
- Oversee subcontractor relationships and project completion
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- PMP certification or equivalent project management experience
- 3+ years of relevant project management experience
- Experience with enterprise-level projects
- Advanced knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security systems
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Background in IT, physical security, construction, or telecom
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in MS and Google Suite, especially PowerPoint
