Position: Help Desk Tier 2
Compensation: $50,000 – $60,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: On-Site, Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a well-established and growing company to help find a skilled Help Desk Tier 2 professional to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Serve as an escalation point for Tier 1 technicians to resolve more complex issues

Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware on client machines

Troubleshoot desktop, server, and network-related issues in diverse environments
-
Collaborate with Solutions and Project teams on implementations and upgrades
-
Provide remote and onsite support to end-users and client environments
-
Assist with Active Directory, Microsoft 365 administration, and system backups
-
Maintain thorough documentation of issues, solutions, and processes in ticketing systems

Ensure timely, professional communication with clients to maintain high satisfaction
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
2+ years in a Tier 1 or Tier 2 IT support role, preferably in an MSP or multi-client environment

Strong experience with Microsoft Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft 365 suite, and Active Directory

Familiarity with networking concepts

Experience supporting end-users over the phone, via remote tools, and in person

Excellent troubleshooting, time management, and communication skills

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for occasional client visits
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Previous experience working for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)

Basic PowerShell or scripting experience for automation tasks

Associate or Bachelor's degree in IT-related field (preferred)

Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals

A “jack-of-all-trades” mindset with the ability to adapt across technologies

Travel to client sites within the Tulsa area may be required

Mileage is reimbursed for all business-related travel
