Position: Accountant
Compensation: $ 65,000 – 78,000 annually
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

The role has opened up due to an internal promotion, offering you the chance to step into a position with a focus on Accounts Receivable. Located in Tulsa, OK, this role offers flexible working hours and the chance to work directly with the Controller. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all accounting entries
- Prepare journal entries for multiple entities
- Manage accounts receivable balances and perform collection duties
- Process cash receipts, credit invoices, and customer rebates
- Resolve bill and payment discrepancies
- Maintain daily cash activity and general ledger trial balances
- Participate in monthly and year-end financial close processes
- Manage vendor and customer correspondence
- Compile travel data for sustainability reporting
- Assist the Controller with accounting and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or comparable work experience
- 1-3 years minimum experience in accounting preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with global manufacturing companies
- Master’s degree or CPA certification
- Knowledge of ai-automation tools
- Experience with ERP systems
- Understanding of reporting and financial statements
