Position: NOC Admin
Compensation: $26 – $28 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor critical sites using enterprise tools
- Alert teams on failure or alarm conditions
- Maintain updated vendor and support contacts
- Analyze incoming alerts and tickets
- Open bridge lines for incident escalation
- Run diagnostic scripts and reports
- Perform basic troubleshooting tasks
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience with ticketing software (ServiceNow)
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux servers
- Experience with Remote Desktop Connection
- Familiarity with ITIL concepts
- Basic troubleshooting skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with enterprise applications
- Webex or Teams conference call experience
- Experience performing Linux service restarts
