Field Service Engineer
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Field Service Engineer to join their team!
The client is looking for several Field Service Engineers to help repair and maintain their equipment. This company provides yearly bonuses and a company cell phone.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and basic service on our systems, ensuring adherence to rigorous protocols and verifying instrument performance to Rigaku’s standards.
- Perform on-site troubleshooting using Digital Voltmeter (DVM) and qualify instruments post-service repair by executing operational and performance protocols.
- Coordinate customer support activities including scheduling WebEx sessions, phone support, and facility inspections, while ensuring customer satisfaction and acceptance of maintenance or repairs.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electro-mechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, basic network interfacing, and possession of a valid Driver’s license.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with analog electronics, high voltage circuitry, laser technology, and high vacuum systems.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical issues effectively, especially with scientists holding advanced degrees.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work independently with a team focus, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
