Position: Office Assistant
Compensation: $20 – 22 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Onsite, Katy, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Office Assistant to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as an Office Assistant, where you’ll support travel and relocation operations, focusing on booking management and expense reconciliation. This role offers a chance to enhance your organizational skills while contributing to a thriving business environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Coordinate travel arrangements for business needs
- Manage relocation and traveler support with attention to detail
- Reconcile travel and relocation expenses using Oracle
- Maintain and enhance relocation logs
- Conduct follow-up surveys and ensure documentation of procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel for building and maintaining trackers
- Experience in booking and tracking group travel
- Understanding of travel and relocation programs
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Oracle for expense reconciliation
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
