Compensation: $25-30/hr

Position: Desktop Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Technician to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you'll play a crucial role in supporting end-users by installing and upgrading computer equipment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a reputable company known for its strong emphasis on customer support and teamwork. If you're a self-starter with a knack for problem-solving, this is the perfect role for you!
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and customer support
- Manage inventory and track device assignments
- Resolve tickets in ServiceNow Support queue
- Assist with new hire desk setups and office moves
- Document resolution steps in knowledge base
- Provide tier-1 AV hardware troubleshooting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system
- Familiarity with AV hardware troubleshootin
