Position: HR Generalist
Compensation: $34 – $36/hour
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled HR Generalist to join their team!
Join a dynamic environment where your HR skills will be put to the test! With two team members on leave, this company is seeking an HR Generalist who can hit the ground running. This is a 90-day contract with the potential to extend. You’ll be working in a place that values sharp, proactive individuals.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage HR operations and provide support to the team
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with departments for staffing needs
- Support HR policies and procedures implementation
- Conduct background checks as required
- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in HR generalist roles
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Dayforce software
- Previous experience in fast-paced environments
