Compensation: $70 – $125/ hour
Location: Hybrid – Onsite presence in the Denver/Golden area required for key meetings
Position: Organizational Change Manager
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Organizational Change Manager to join their team!
This opportunity offers the chance to lead and shape strategic change across an enterprise-wide Workday ERP implementation. This high-impact role focuses on ensuring that employees across the organization are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to successfully adopt new business processes, technologies, and systems. The Organizational Change Manager will drive efforts in stakeholder engagement, communication, training enablement, and resistance management, playing a central role in the success of this district-wide transformation. Part time project based hours, approximately 30 hours a week, depending on project needs.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage a change strategy aligned with organizational and program goals
• Oversee stakeholder engagement plans, communication efforts, and resistance mitigation
• Collaborate with program leadership, training leads, and communication teams to ensure alignment across change activities
• Identify change impacts, assess readiness, and monitor adoption through metrics and reporting
• Facilitate leadership coaching and equip managers with tools to support their teams
• Partner closely with technical and functional teams to align change activities with project milestones
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management or Project Management
• 2+ years leading change management efforts for enterprise-wide software implementations
• Strong communication, leadership coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience conducting impact analyses, readiness assessments, and creating resistance management plans
• Bachelor’s degree
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
• 10+ years in large-scale transformation projects
• Workday change management experience at an organization with 10,000+ employees
• Prosci ADKAR certification or similar credential
• Experience aligning change management activities with PMO methodologies
• Familiarity with adoption monitoring tools, dashboards, and performance reporting
