Position: IT Support
Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Provide comprehensive helpdesk and desktop support
- Assist non-technical staff with IT issues
- Perform password resets and new hire setups
- Handle PC imaging and terminations
- Ensure excellent customer service and soft skills
- Communicate effectively, both orally and written
- Support a non-siloed, collaborative environment
- Travel to field offices quarterly
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3.5+ years of IT support experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience in Windows environments
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the oil & gas industry
- Familiarity with industry terminology and standards
