Position: Oracle Fusion Support Administrator
Compensation: $25/hour – $26/hour, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Oracle Fusion Support Administrator to join their team!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Gather and document functional requirements from business stakeholders.
- Coordinate and support UAT, regression, and patch validation testing.
- Manage user onboarding and offboarding in Oracle Fusion.
- Provide first-line support for functional issues.
- Maintain documentation of business processes and configurations.
- Prioritize issues and enhancement requests via Jira.
- Facilitate communication between end users and IT teams.
- Support end-user training and reporting setup.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2–3 years of ERP system support or functional analysis experience.
- Experience managing user setup and functional testing.
- Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP security.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Information Systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Financials or similar ERP platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with Jira or similar ticketing systems.
- Functional understanding of accounting workflows.
