Compensation: $20-$23/hr

Position: Desktop Support Technician
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join their team!
The Desktop Support Technician is responsible for troubleshooting network, applications, and system problems with technical troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software.
Responsibilities:
- Strong customer service experience
- Supporting Windows clients in a networked environment
- Windows 11 experience
- Imaging experience
- Ticketing system experience
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1+ years of experience in an IT Support position
- Experience working in an enterprise level environment
- Excellent customer service skills
