Position: Contract Administrator
Compensation: $48,000 – $55,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Contract Administrator to join their team!
Join a dynamic team where you’ll play a pivotal role in managing mortgage servicing transfers and contracts. This fast-paced environment offers the opportunity to drive due diligence accuracy and compliance, ensuring seamless execution in a high-volume pipeline of mortgage asset purchases.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Organize and support mortgage servicing transfers
- Coordinate due diligence materials for acquisitions
- Track compliance requirements and contractual terms
- Analyze data throughout acquisition life cycle
- Support Senior Management in reporting and workflow management
- Communicate transfer details with stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder relationships with a focus on conflict resolution
- Ensure accurate on-boarding of loan data
- Drive continuous process improvement
- Assist in transaction funding events
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with mortgage servicing
- Project Management certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Access
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
