Position: Financial Reporting Manager
Compensation: $110,000-125,000
Location: Kansas City, Missouri
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Financial Reporting Manager to join their team!
As a Financial Reporting Manager, you'll lead a team in the Corporate Accounting and Finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and play a key role in strategic initiatives. This opportunity offers exposure to senior leadership and the chance to drive meaningful change within the organization.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead financial reporting team in accounting and financial statement consolidation
- Ensure accurate transaction accounting in the general ledger
- Provide guidance on GAAP and related requirements
- Review journal entries, reconciliations, and ad hoc reports
- Oversee month-end close process and reporting deliverables
- Evaluate new disclosure requirements for compliance
- Coordinate audit deliverables for year-end financial audits
- Supervise and support financial reporting team members
- Identify and drive process improvements and automation opportunities
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimum 11 years of experience in financial reporting
- Strong technical skills in financial reporting
- Experience with auditing and compliance
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven supervisory and project management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel

- Public accounting experience
- Experience with automation tools
- Experience partnering with international teams
