Position: Manager Customer Loyalty Program
Compensation: $ 110,000 – $120,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and manage the loyalty credit card program
- Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program success
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior
- Drive innovative marketing initiatives
- Build and lead a high-performing team
- Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives
- Monitor and report on program performance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in managing loyalty programs
- Strong project management skills
- Background in marketing
- Strategic thinking and leadership qualities
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in retail and banking sectors
- Knowledge of airline industry loyalty programs
- Familiarity with customer engagement strategies
