Position: Technical Workday Analyst
Compensation: $50 – $55 /hour
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Technical Workday Analyst to join their team!
Join a dynamic team as a Workday Analyst during a pivotal merger period. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where you'll play a crucial role in managing and resolving Workday support tickets across multiple modules. This contract-to-hire position offers the potential for long-term conversion based on performance. If you thrive on solving complex problems and enjoy working within the Workday system, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Resolve Workday support tickets across all modules
- Serve as a cross-functional Workday SME, especially in Finance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to configure improvements
- Maintain tight controls over Workday security
- Apply a systems-thinking mindset to problem-solving
- Think holistically about system impact across modules
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Broad Workday experience across multiple modules
- Specific strength in Finance and Accounting areas
- Deep understanding of Workday Security configurations
- Self-starter with strong communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Ability to manage a high volume of work independently
