Position: Senior OT Security Engineer
Compensation: $135,000 – $155,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Kansas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead and execute technical security efforts across plant sites
- Focus on vulnerability management and incident response
- Configure, manage, and implement OT security tools
- Lead vulnerability scanning and risk assessment processes
- Collaborate with plant staff, IT, Engineers, and leadership
- Manage incident response processes and investigations
- Ensure security frameworks (NIST) compliance
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 8+ years in cybersecurity, 3+ in OT environments
- Experience with vulnerability management tools
- Strong incident response skills
- Familiarity with security frameworks like NIST
- Comfortable being the go-to person for OT security
