Position: Project Accountant
Compensation: $34 – $37 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Olathe, Kansas

As a Project Accountant, you’ll be at the heart of managing financial aspects for projects, collaborating with project managers and office managers. Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Ensure accurate project registration in accounting systems
- Organize and manage contract documentation
- Collaborate on client invoicing and collections
- Analyze project performance data and report exceptions
- Communicate project status to stakeholders
- Compile financial documentation for review
- Maintain quality standards on all projects
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
- 4-6 years of project accounting experience
- Strong judgment and initiative
- Valid driver’s license
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with Oracle Cloud projects
