Position: Sales Representative
Compensation: $50,000 – $70,000 + Commission annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Are you a driven sales professional looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact? Our client is seeking a Sales Representative to spearhead new business development in the drug testing and compliance sectors. This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic team in a company experiencing double-digit growth. If you have a knack for identifying opportunities and closing deals, this could be the perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Prospect and qualify new leads via calls, emails, and social selling
- Conduct discovery calls and product demos
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract close
- Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding
- Stay updated on industry trends and product developments
- Meet or exceed sales targets monthly, quarterly, and annually
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS or services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the oil and gas or transportation industries
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Strong networking skills
- Experience selling services over physical products
