Position: Senior Azure Systems Administrator
Compensation: $55-65/hour
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Senior Azure Systems Administrator to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead Azure infrastructure design and deployment
- Administer Windows Server and M365 environments
- Manage large-scale infrastructure and migration projects
- Develop automation using PowerShell and Azure Bicep
- Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance
- Act as Tier 3 escalation for technical issues
- Maintain comprehensive system documentation
- Provide mentorship to junior administrators
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 6-7+ years IT infrastructure experience
- 5+ years Azure administration
- Strong system administration background
- Experience with DR strategies
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft certifications
- ITIL or other enterprise IT framework experience
- Experience with hybrid cloud solutions

- Hybrid model: 3 days onsite, moving to 2
- Team of 6 members including telecom, network, sys admin, Azure
- Interview process: 1 virtual, 1 onsite (team-based final)
- 10% or less travel required
