Position: Senior Accountant
Compensation: $70,000 – $80,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Develop new processes for account reconciliations
- Assist in management tasks to support the balance sheet team
- Provide guidance and support to staff accountants on the balance sheet team
- Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including analysis of variances and preparation of supporting schedules.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize accounting workflows
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience in accounting, preferably in staff or senior roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 5+ years of senior accounting experience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Background in oil, gas, or utility sectors
- Advanced accounting certifications
