Position: Network Operations Manager
Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

As a Network Operations Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team to manage critical network technologies, providing essential support for business connectivity and security needs. This is an exciting opportunity to drive network strategies and manage cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Lead and manage a team of network and security engineers

Ensure network infrastructure availability and reliability

Monitor network performance and resolve issues promptly

Develop and enforce network policies and standards

Manage Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco devices, and F5 load balancers

Collaborate with network security team to mitigate threats

Lead network infrastructure projects and upgrades
-
Maintain up-to-date network documentation
-
Manage vendor relationships and support network components

Assist in budget planning for network operations
Required Qualifications & Experience:

7-10 years in network engineering or operations
-
3-5 years in a leadership or management role

Experience with Palo Alto, Cisco, F5, and Prisma Access VPN

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

Excellent leadership and communication skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Palo Alto Networks Certified Network Security Engineer (PCNSE)
-
Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)
-
Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE)
-
F5 Certified Administrator
