Position: Sr Fixed Assets Accountant
Compensation: $120,000 – $130,000
Location: Houston, Texas

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage Depreciation, Depletion & Amortization processes
- Maintain fixed asset subledger accurately
- Classify assets properly as capital or expense
- Track construction-in-progress and transition to fixed assets
- Record acquisitions, transfers, retirements, and disposals
- Collaborate with internal teams for asset management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 10-15 years of accounting experience
- Strong understanding of Fixed Assets Accounting
- Experience in the Oil/Gas industry
- Proficiency in managing asset subledgers
- Ability to classify assets accurately
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Familiarity with capital versus expense classification
- Background in asset management processes
