Position: Lease Renewal Analyst
Compensation: $30 – $35 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Houston, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Lease Renewal Analyst to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Monitor payments and obligations of lease documents
- Generate and manage land records reports
- Assist in budget forecast preparation for leases
- Secure approvals for lease renewals and amendments
- Engage with landowners and governmental agencies
- Analyze and input new lease documents
- Maintain and organize lease document files
- Respond to inquiries from various departments
- Research surface ownership using online databases
- Assist with mass mail-outs and check requests
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-3 years of oil and gas land records experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize a diverse and heavy workload
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience with ArcGIS and Google Earth
- Associate’s degree or higher
- Self-starter eager to learn and adapt
