Position: Sr. Planner Store Design
Compensation: $85,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience
Location: Katy, Texas
Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Sr. Planner Store Design to join their team!
This is your chance to work on exciting projects, from new store openings to remodeling existing spaces. If you have a passion for space planning and love managing multiple projects, this is the opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design store layouts and architectural plans
- Work on new store openings and remodels
- Present designs to executive leadership
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Collaborate with real estate and architecture firms
- Develop floor plans based on real estate plans
- Ensure designs meet company standards
- Utilize AutoCAD and Revit for design tasks
- Coordinate with internal teams for project success
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience in architectural design or space planning
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong presentation skills
- Knowledge of blueprint design
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in retail or hospitality design
- Familiarity with grocery store layout planning
- Understanding of real estate development
