Position: Financial Accounting Manager
Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000/yr
Location: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee daily activities to maintain the general ledger
- Supervise, direct, and review accounting staff work
- Review consolidated financial statements
- Ensure accuracy of quarterly and annual SEC filings
- Analyze financial results and key measurements
- Document ASC 805 determinations for transactions
- Monitor monthly account reconciliations
- Improve accounting procedures and internal controls
- Coordinate year-end audit with external auditors
- Complete special projects as requested by management
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
- Five years of progressive accounting leadership roles
- Five years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry
- Three years of experience in public accounting
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC regulations
- Ability to prioritize work and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in financial reporting systems
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Graduate degree preferred
- CPA or CPA eligibility preferred
- Seven years of progressive accounting leadership roles
- Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Self-motivated problem-solving skills
- Collaborative work across departmental functions
