Position: Development Manager
Compensation: $ 75 – 90 /hour, depending on experience
Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Join a dynamic solutions architecutre group as a Development Manager, where you will oversee the execution of complex technology projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to bridge technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic visions. If you're a strong leader with deep technical expertise and a passion for driving successful program delivery, this is the role for you!
Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Oversee the development and delivery of software soluitons.
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams to execute software products to meet business needs.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to understand, translate, and execute on technical needs.
- Review and provide recommendations on technical architecure.
- Remove roadblocks and actively persue opportunities to enhance team efficiency.
- Manage resources and workflow allocation to deliver best results.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in technolgy deliver or solutions architecture.
- 5+ years of experience leading cross functional or inter-disciplinary teams.
- Experience delivering enterprise-scale solutions.
- Strong understanding of system architecture and cloud platforms.
- Expertise in agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Deep knowledge of security standards and compliance requirements.
- Exceptional ability to mentor and inspire development teams.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
