Position: Project Manager
Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000
Location: Englewood, Colorado

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Lead large-scale, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Create and execute project plans
- Evaluate trade-offs between project size, cost, and stakeholder value
- Build and coach project teams throughout lifecycle
- Create risk mitigation strategies
- Prepare and present project status reports
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- More than six years of project management experience
- Experience with project and portfolio management tools
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills
- Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions
- Understanding of software development lifecycles
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- PMP certification preferred
- Experience with Agile, SCRUM, or Waterfall methodologies
- Business analysis or technical experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, changing environment
Other Information:
- Hybrid role with three days on-site per week
- Compliance with company policies is mandatory
- Interview process includes multiple stages with HR and team panels
