Position: AP Specialist
Compensation: $ 45,000 – $ 55,000
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Inceed has partnered with a great company in oil & gas to help find a skilled AP Specialist to join their team!

Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Enter and code invoices in OpenInvoice
- Monitor and respond to payables emails/phone calls
- Review vendor statements and reconcile discrepancies
- Communicate with vendors regarding payments
- Maintain digital and physical AP records
- Support vendor setup and W-9 collection
- Log and deposit all incoming checks
- Greet and assist visitors
- Pick up, sort, and distribute mail
- Order and manage office supply inventory
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years in a receptionist or accounting support role
- Proficient in Enertia, OpenInvoice, and Excel
- Detail-oriented and a strong communicator
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
Nice to Have Skills & Experience:
- Experience in the oil & gas industry
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills
